All of our window cleaners are highly trained (training program lasts anywhere from 6 months – 1 year, and we are always improving our systems). We are trained to be careful and meticulous; we leave your home looking like it did when we arrived, with the exception of clean windows. We only use eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets, as well as the environment..

We are extremely careful in and around your home:

• We wear foot coverings over our shoes to protect your floors.
• We lay towels down where we are working and use minimal amounts of water.
• We take great care around your landscaping.
• Our ladders all have protective coverings to protect your walls.

We clean your windows, screens, and wipe the tracks more thoroughly than anyone around through the following process:

• Scrub your window.
• Scrape your window to remove any haze or over-spray.
• Scrub your window a second time.
• Squeegee your window.
• Detail your window with surgical rags that leave no fibers behind.
• Wipe your tracks and sills and clean your screens.
• Finally, we always double-check to make sure your window
  is as clean as possible.

Inclement Weather

Although we strive to make every appointment for window cleaning, sometimes the weather does not cooperate. In the event of inclement weather, Gwyndows prides itself on rescheduling your window cleaning to meet your needs. If you’re scheduled for a window cleaning, and it is unsafe for us to work due to weather, we will call you to reschedule your appointment. If you don’t hear from us, then it is safe to assume we will be able to complete your window cleaning. However, if at any time you’d like to reschedule because of inclement weather, just give us a call, and we’re happy to oblige.

Luckily, thanks to beautiful Austin, the inclement weather days are few and far between.
