We operate in a non-hierarchical work setting that requires excellent self-management skills and a strong, mature work ethic. Window cleaning requires a considerable amount of physical activity. You must be able to bend, crouch, lift ladders, stand for long periods of time, carry full 5 gallon buckets, balance, climb, wade through bushes, do monotonous motions with both hands, and other such activities.
